Natasha Fogel leads our Chicago-based Competitive Intelligence and Brand Research team to provide strategic business and research counsel to internal and external clients.   Her team plays a key role in supporting our agency’s commitment to research, insight and discovery on behalf of our clients. 

Natasha brings a diverse background across many industries and roles.  Her industry background encompasses Communications, Financial Services, Management Consulting, Manufacturing - Consumer and Foodservice, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Software Development.

Her roles have included strategic planning, product development, competitive intelligence, product and portfolio optimization, process reengineering, organization planning and development, IT program management, and market research for companies such as SEI, McKinsey & Company, Universal Access, and Solo Cup Company.

Prior to joining the firm in 2004, her last position included the management of a billion dollar manufacturing merger, managing 3 external firms to produce the overall company strategic plan, creating the vision for technology, products and process.  The research from her team led to the successful launch of new 2 new products and has created greater than 30 percent in operational efficiencies for the company.

During her tenure at StrategyOne, Natasha has assisted a major eCommerce site in its message definition to secure positive and dominant market share in the media.  She also led the effort to identify positioning for a new market entrant in the cold category, defining a unique point of difference for the brand that dramatically improved the success of the product launch.  The competitor metrics from her team have helped her clients stay aware of the trends and opportunities in the market and act quickly.

The research methodologies from StrategyOne incorporate best practices in marketing and research from organizations such as the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals and the American Marketing Association.

Natasha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
